Once your order is on its way, tracking it is easy. This page explains how tracking works at Londonmy and what to do if anything looks unusual.
How tracking works
- Order confirmation: as soon as you place your order, you receive a confirmation email with your order number.
- Dispatch email: when your parcel leaves us (orders placed before 4:00 PM GMT on a business day are processed the same day), you receive a second email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.
- Follow your parcel: click the tracking link at any time to see where your order is. Please allow a few hours after dispatch for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's system.
Delivery timeframes
- Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit time: 3–5 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 4–7 business days — free UK delivery on every order
Can't find your tracking email?
Check your spam or promotions folder first, and search for “Londonmy”. If you created an account, you can also view your order status by logging in. Still nothing? Email us with your order number and we will resend it.
Tracking hasn't updated or shows a problem?
If your tracking has not moved for several days, shows as delivered but you have not received the parcel, or your order has passed the estimated delivery window, contact us at contact@londonmy.com with your order number. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and make sure it is resolved — with a replacement or full refund if a parcel is confirmed lost. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
