Orders & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM GMT on a business day are processed the same day. Handling takes 1–2 business days and transit takes 3–5 business days, so your total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — free UK delivery on every order, with no minimum spend.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
How can I track my order?
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we email you a tracking number and link. You can find everything on our Track Your Order page.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — you can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Email us with your order number and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — return postage is on us when the fault is ours.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the funds.
Who pays for return postage?
If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we do. If you have simply changed your mind, return postage is your responsibility — we recommend a tracked service.
